I was prescribed Zoloft 25 mg 1 a day. This is day 3. I can't sleep on this stuff and have headaches. ?I have an autoimmune disorder (doc knows this) called MGUS-would this affect the Zoloft in my system and/or are these side affects normal?

If you have taken Zoloft only 3 days, you are still within the "getting used to it" period. It generally takes 2-3 weeks for medication to come to full effect. Or you might be experiencing allergies to the medication, check with the doctor that prescribed it for you or pharmacy about side effects.
