The first bunch is planets in signs. Each planet in a sign has a meaning. You can study these by googling them for example, Sun in Libra. Just google that and you will get a lot of sites that deal with the meaning. Libras are know for their desire to please everyone.
The second bunch is Houses in Constellations, or actually, constellations in houses. Whatever. These can also be googled. For example, key in "Ascendant Gemini" and you will get sites that define it. Or key in "Second House in Cancer" for it's meaning.
The degrees show exact positions on the chart. There are thirty degrees in each sign. Twelve signs. 360 degrees in a complete circle.
Aspects are relationships between planets on the chart. For your chart, significant is the closest by degree, "Jupiter Opposition Neptune 0°21" The degree is called "orb" which is the difference off of exact. So opposite is 180 degrees, and that opposition is less than one degree different from that.

And since that is so close to exact, it probably has a major impact on your character. It means as follows:
