Answer by norton g
Olja G - "metastatic" = something that has spread elsewhere.
"gastric" = stomach. "cancer" is a malignant or bad tumor. "multiple" = many. "pulmonary" = LUNG. Your "embol" or "Ebola" should be "emboli" = either tumor or blood clots that spread or travel to another place in the body, often to the lungs.
Putting it all together, the person had stomach cancer which spread elsewhere in the body, along with blood clots or tumor going to many places in the lungs.
