In relation to B-cells, what's the difference between memory cells and plasma cells?Which one develops from antigen-stimulated B-cells?

Answer by Funny
Once the B-cells receive the signal against an antigen, it divides and on of the cells differentiates into plasma cell, while the other differentiates into memory cell. The memory cell hardly play a role at this point except that they activate helper T cells. The plasma cells make antibodies against the antigens at the rate of about 2000 antibodies/sec!
