What type of cancer can female teens get?Im 15 and my mom wants me to check into some vaccines she wants me to get that helps prevent some type of cancer.
Cervical cancer pops in mind for some reason.
Well i know i don't want to get the vaccine, but i still want to know what types of cancer female teens can get.
If possible, explain them & please don't use big words.

You may start to develop skin cancer. It won't show for many years, but teen years is when it starts to develop. So remember to put on sunscreen, a hat, and all that stuff

not sure of very many dif kinds but you definitely want to get the vaccine for hpv im 30 and just about everyone i know my age and around my age has it. Me and 1 friend have had the precancerous cells we had in the office procedure to have the part of our cervix cut out that had displasia (precancerous cells) and 2 that I know have had the cancer and had to have a BIG chunk of their cervix cut out with in the hospital outpatient surgery

I don't want to worry you, but I guess since you asked...
There is always the possibility of breast cancer. Anybody of any gender and age can get it. Yup, even males.
My friend's mom had breast cancer. Don't worry, though, if you're worried about getting cancer, you probably won't. It's not likely.
But if you're worried, you can always see a doctor.
