What is the difference between Memory B Cells and Plasma B Cells?

What is the difference between Memory B Cells and Plasma B Cells?or are they the same thing?
so memory b cells are secondary response and plasma b cells are primary response in an antigen attack?

memory b cells are those cells that are not active in producing antibodies during infection, they are used when another attack of the same antigen enter the body

plasma b cells are those cells that produce antibodies during the infection
