What are the symptoms of a tumor in the liver if you have or may have gynocomastia?I have gynomastia, and I go to my doctor frequently to check up on it, but I wonder if I have a tumor in my liver, that he might have not of notice, so what are the symptoms of a tumor in a liver?

I dont know too much baout this, but I would think the symptoms would depend on the type of tumor it was.
