TESTICULAR CANCeR?

TESTICULAR CANCeR?can a testicular cancer testicle be smaller than the other side??

My loom like a ball from looking at it , no swelling , no ntg , but i feel almost at the back of my testicle , abt in the middle side of my testicle , below the epididymis , it feels like theres is a line of things , feels like a veins to the back of my testicle and connects to the epididymis , its on the ball , can this happen? i heard theres alot of veins and vessel surrounding the testicle , the veins feel harder and bigger when my testicle is big , especially after masturbation , but i hardly feel it when my testis is small and soft , CAN IT BE CANCEROUS?? the effected side is smaller than the right testis , so shud i worry? could it be cancer.

With the epididymus and veins, there is also fibrous tissue that acts as an anchor to keep the testicle in place.

Testicular cancer most often presents as a non-painful mass on the testicle that does not move and gives the testicle an irregular shape.

If you are concerned, please have a doctor check it out.

It sounds like you're feeling a varicosed vein, which is very common. It would feel more prominent when there is more blood present, and smaller when there is less blood going there. No generally, cancer makes an organ larger and harder than normal and the organ wouldn't get smaller again. If you want reassurance you could ask to get an ultrasound, and that would show all those parts you're worried about. Just make sure you get an experienced tech and a good radiologist to read it.
