Should I be concerned?I had a large tumor removed last October. Today I was reading the CT scan report and saw the following:
I have a lytic lesion on my T11 vertebral measuring 14 x 6mm
Also, I have a sclerotic lesion on my left sacrum, nonspecific and measuring 2 cm.
The ER Dr. only dealt with the huge tumor that was turning gangrene.
My primary care Dr. just moved out of state and I don't know who to talk to.
Thanks for your help!

I would begin finding a new primary care doctor that has experience with tumors. Or maybe you could track down your old doctor and ask for a referral to a specialist, or even another primary care physician. I would guess though that if your primary care physician was not concerned about the other lesions they would not be life threatening, but you never know. Get checked by someone else so you can sleep at night! Good luck I hope all goes well for you

It is the ER doctor's job to stabilize you and send you home, or have you admitted where another doctor takes over. You didn't have cancer if the tumor was gangrene. The lesion in the sacrum is definitely nothing to worry about, as at that size it would be clear if it were something serious. You don't mention what they said the T11 lesion was, but if any of the doctors thought either of the lesions were concerning they would have been addressed.
Your primary care doctor should have referred his patients elsewhere before he moved. They are not allowed to just up and leave their patients. You should find a new doctor before you get into a situation where you need one and be sure they get copies of all your records before your first appointment. If you should have a sudden illness or accident it is faster, easier and much safer for you if all of this is already in place rather than the doctors having to start from scratch.
