What is your daily water intake?
In all probability, you're severely dehydrated. You should be drinking 1/2 your weight in oz of water (not soda or coffee or tea - just plain water). Stay away from caffeine and alcohol, as these contribute to dehydration.
You might be interested t know that talidomaide was taken off the market in 1961 after it was found to cause birth defects. Although it's use was reinstated for medical conditions such as yours, it is still a controversial drug.
There have been many reports of people being cured of cancer using using salt and water, along with vitamin supplements. I hope you'll consider this - it won't hurt you in any way, and you have everything to gain.

Thalidomide-Dexamethasone Combination for Multiple Myeloma.
I hope you aren't taking 100 aspirin tablets - perhaps 100 mg?
In any case - your oncologist should be explaining this for you in detail.
Explanations are part of the job.
A hemoglobin close to 12 is not bad for multiple myeloma.
There are medications to boost red blood cell production when needed, but these are not used when the hemoglobin is almost 12.
