What is there to know about enlarged lymph nodes in adolescent teenage girls?I know a fourteen year old girl who has enlarged lymph nodes in the armpit area; I asked her about them and she said that they don't really hurt until the few days before her period. And after her period, they recede. Afterwards, the lymph nodes remain a tiny bit larger than normal-sized until the next period.
Should she be concerned? I'm asking for her..please answer.
