The cancer invades blood vessles. cancer cell get leleasted into the blood and get "filterd out be the liver. They grow there and cause metastatic deposits

the lymphatic drainage of pancreas is to mesentric lymph nodes which go to cisterna chyli or left or right lumbar trunks then through thoracic duct to subclavian or internal jugular vein, usually mets occurs through lymphatics, the occurrence of mets in pancreatic cancer is 76% or more usually all the drainage areas can have a metastasis, especially uterus all intra abdominal structures,lungs and even brain. hope you got a simplified specific mechanism.

I'm proud to say now that I am finally at a place where I have found something that works for me. Almost four years ago I began seeing a classical Homeopath.
